By stripping away unnecessary details as much as possible, the design expresses Morphée’s distinctive mood while minimizing the use of metal hardware, including adjusters on the shoulder straps.
- Leather -
The leather used by Morphée is exceptionally lightweight, durable, and resistant to losing its shape.
Taking advantage of the natural strength of goat leather — which combines a soft texture with remarkable toughness — only carefully selected, high-standard goat leather is used. Compared to sheep leather and cowhide, goat leather also has a higher fiber density, making it especially strong and durable.
- DISTRESS (Cracked Finish) -
Characterized by the natural tendon marks and distinctive white speckling unique to leather, this material uses the suede side of goat leather, known for its velvety softness and excellent durability.
By intentionally embracing the natural scratches, uneven coloration, and white markings that appear on the suede surface, the leather develops a rich vintage-inspired character.
Its irregular texture and deep tonal variations give each piece a unique and one-of-a-kind presence.
With continued use, the leather becomes even softer and gradually develops a character uniquely its own, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of its aging process over time.
