About the product

The popular “1938 VINTAGE,” made from 100% cotton selvedge denim, is now back in stock.

After years of trial and error, this piece represents a well-balanced harmony of fabric, design, construction, and finishing. It has a natural texture reminiscent of true vintage denim, with an authentic, worn-in character.

Compared to the hemp denim version “1938,” the main difference lies in the length. To preserve the hem’s worn-in detailing created by the used processing, the inseam is set slightly shorter, allowing it to be worn without hemming. It can be styled as shown or with a slight roll-up for a more casual look.

This denim is used in its unprocessed state after weaving, which results in a slight twist along the outer seam below the knee. This is an intentional design inspired by vintage denim.

As the garment has been thoroughly washed, there is no need to worry about further shrinkage.
