About the product

These two-tuck pants are beautifully dyed using dayflower (tsuyukusa), resulting in a soft, natural hue unique to botanical dyeing.
With a straight silhouette and two pleats, they offer a relaxed fit around the hips and thighs.

The fabric has a slightly heavier weight compared to classic chino cloth, featuring a visible twill weave that gives it a rich, textured look.

The front is finished with a zip fly, and the waistband is secured with both a hook and button for a refined, trouser-like appearance.
A gusset is added at the inseam to enhance both comfort and ease of movement.

Launched in 2002. The designers are Tetsuhiro Hattori and Kyoko Ide.
YAECA gives form to "inevitably simple" designs that are created by looking at the environment, looking at our lives, and looking at our relationships with our surroundings, just as we create daily necessities that we use unconsciously in our daily lives. We would like to create products that are not transient in the process of production, but are conscious of their role as standard daily wear.
